This is one coffee shop you wouldn't be able to get a whole lot of work done in.
Japanese coffee shop "Hukulou Coffee" doesn't need promotional campaigns...because they have these two adorable little munchkins.
That's right. The Showa-based shop has pet mascots...
Two insanely adorable mascots, to be precise.
The owl, Fuku-Chan (literally 'owl' in Japanese), is 5-year-old, and the original mascot of the Hukulou, as well as the inspiration for their logo. But he was getting noticeably lonely and in clear need of some companionship.
That's when the owners brought 2-month-old Marimo into the mix. Immediately, the two hit it off.
Now, pretty much everything the cafe makes is Fuku-Chan and Marimo themed. Obviously.
Of course, when they're not busy serving as creative inspiration for employees and customers alike, they're in the back getting day-drunk together.
