These 7 haunted hotels look just like regular hotels... until you get inside of them and you're trying to fall asleep and you see a ghost walk out of the bathroom, or a person in the mirror, or you get stuck on the 19th floor when no one pushed the elevator button!
Yeah... they might look like just regular hotels, but when you hear the reason they are haunted, would you be able to spend the night at any of them?! Check them out and let us know below!
1. The Roosevelt Hotel.
Marilyn Monroe is said to still be staying at the Roosevelt. She has a suite named after her and people have claimed to see her ghostly self just wandering around.
2. Casa Monica Hotel.
A man hung himself in this hotel and it is said that people have heard ghost children running throughout the halls of the hotel.
3. Hotel Galvez.
"The Lovelorn Lady" is the reason for this hotel's haunted fame. It is said a woman killed herself here while waiting for her husband to return from sea. It is said she roams the halls still waiting his return.
4. The Hotel Chelsea.
Sid Vicious from the Sex Pistol's is one of the reasons this place is so infamous. Sid's girlfriend, Nancy Spungen, was found dead in their hotel room. It has been rumored her and Sid appear to guests from time to time. Sid overdosed on heroin shortly after Nancy died.
5. The Lord Baltimore Hotel.
A girl once killed herself on the 19th floor of this hotel. It has been said she still walks the halls and that sometimes the elevator will stop on the 19th floor.
6. Thornewood Castle in Washington.
It is said that the original owners, Chester and Anna Thorne, still live here. The bridal suite has Anna's bedroom mirror in it and people claim to have seen her in the reflection.
7. The Stanley Hotel.
This hotel was the inspiration for Steven King's 'The Shining'. So that says a lot.
