These Ordinary Objects Are Turned Into Extraordinary Tiny Worlds By This Clever Artist
Thai artist Poy Hymoaad, a.k.a. Peeowhy, has had a passion for photography as long as he can remember. But he doesn't like to think of himself as a photographer - rather, "a designer with a camera."
That statement couldn't be more true than in his most recent ongoing project.
"Actually, this kind of style is not something new. There are lots of famous photographers who have been taking photos of these little guys..." he writes on Bored Panda.
"Since last year, my inspiration came from one of The Japanese animation named “Arrietty” by Studio Ghibli. It was a story about miniature people that lived with humans all the time, but they haven’t even been noticed. This sparked my idea."
"...I try to differentiate my work by playing with objects, tools, fruits, etc. Highlight on a surrealistic idea that is built around imagination."
